Frequently Asked Questions
Is the seating limited to just the bleachers in the arena area?
In addition to bleachers in the arena, we also have a VIP lounge adjacent to cage 4, outfitted with couches, high top tables and bar stools as well as complimentary drinks and snacks. VIPs also have reserved bleacher seating ma For those watching from the bleachers, free to bring your seat cushions - as long as it won't disrupt the viewing experience for other fans.
Where can I watch the livestream?
Our tournaments are streamed live to YouTube. Catch our Prime Time stream @NHRL starting at 7pm. Earlier rounds are streamed on our secondary YouTube Channel, @NHRL-BrettZone, until Halftime begins at 5:30pm. Halftime will not be streamed live.
Can I speak with the bot builders during the times between rounds?
Builders often only get 20 minutes to repair between fights, and they need every precious minute to get back into fighting shape. If you see a builder and want to say hello, please be understanding and respectful of their time in case they're on the clock, or on their way to the next fight! It's best to wait until they're done for the day to chat or ask for a photo.
I'm running late, Is it possible to receive a refund for my pit tour?
Tours are non-refundable once your scheduled tour time has passed. If you miss your scheduled tour time, please speak with a Front Desk attendant to reschedule.
