FOLLOW ALONG THROUGHOUT THE DAY
Round 4 of NHRL’s 2025 Open World Championship Season will be live all day long starting at 9am Eastern on our NHRL BrettZone YouTube Channel.
At 7 pm Eastern, switch over to our main NHRL Channel for our Prime Time coverage.

HAVOC 101
Here at NHRL, we fight robots in three different weight classes: 3lb, 12lb, and 30lb.
The goal of each fight is to disable your opponent. If a robot can't move for 10 seconds, it is knocked out. Competitors may also tap out if they want to stop the fight.
Fights run a maximum of 3 minutes. After that, the winner is decided by a panel of judges, who score based on the criteria of Damage, Control, and Aggression.
The top 4 bots of each weight class qualify for our World Championship event in December. And the champion of each weight class takes home a $1,000 prize, and the coveted NHRL Golden Dumpster!

OUR TOURNAMENT FORMAT
We start each weight class in a preliminary stage, every robot has to win two fights to enter the single-elimination Brackets.
Prime Time starts at 7pm Eastern, with the quarterfinals of each Bracket. The final 8 bots in each weight class battle for a place at the World Championships, and for the first-place trophy, the Golden Dumpster.
PRELIMINARY STAGE
We start at 9 am Eastern with the preliminary stage, where builders battle their ways to earn a spot into the Bracket.
Win two fights, and you’re in. Lose two, and you are eliminated.

BRETTZONE
Want to see every single fight, from every angle? This is where BrettZone comes in.
We run fights in multiple cages simultaneously, so we can't show every single fight on our YouTube livestream. But you can still watch them by heading over to BrettZone, where each and every camera angle from inside the cage is available to view.

BRACKETS & RESULTS
Starting at 3:30 pm Eastern, every weight class enters the Bracket. The Bracket is single elimination, so from this point forward if you lose, you’re OUT.
Don't forget, you can watch all the action during the day here.
You can find the result of each of our Bracket fights on our True Finals pages:
The Bracket progresses until 5:30 pm Eastern. At that point, there are only 8 bots left in each weight class, so the competition takes a break.
During the break, builders begin preparing for Prime Time, LIVE at 7 pm Eastern, where we show one fight at a time. A bot that makes it to the top 4 of their weight class qualifies for the NHRL 2025 World Championships in December. The last bot remaining in any weight class will win that weight class for this event.
Who will be crowned Champion, earn their $1,000 prize, and raise their Golden Dumpster?
Who will qualify and punch their ticket to the NHRL 2025 World Championships in December?
